Description:Fruit ripe, falling red when fully ripe, flesh sofe, juicy, sweetish but somewhat insipid, not agreeable to taste. Tree, 20 ft. x 10 cm. diameter. Tree, 20 ft. x 10 inches diameter, bark rimose at base, rough above; crooked, curved branches. Flowers 15-20 mm. Stamens 20, anthers white or yellowish. 
Habitat:Dry, sandy upland woods.
